How Solace Advocates Work With You

Advocates help with everything from finding doctors and scheduling appointments to resolving insurance problems. They coordinate care, organize records, appeal denials, explain confusing medical language, and follow up until problem is solved.

You'll meet with a physician who will review your health history, understand your care needs, and match you with the right advocate. This typically takes 20 minutes and can be done by phone or video.

Solace is covered by Original Medicare and many Medicare Advantage plans. Most patients pay nothing out of pocket, or a small monthly amount, depending on their plan, deductible, and coinsurance.
